Part of Negative Event Count
Negative Event Count tallies displayable events with polarity = −1—lawsuits, downgrades, operational failures, regulatory actions, etc. Central for downside protection reviews: clients often hold names with accumulating negative headlines unaware of concentration. High negative count does not mandate sale—it mandates conversation and position-size review. Combine with Graham or Risk scores to prioritize which negatives matter fundamentally.
